Do you have the chance to check with another mobile phone but using your plex account?
(Check if it is related to your mobile phone)
Another step: create another plex account, and login with that new account using your current mobile phone.
(Check if it is account related)
A third step:
Can you get hands on a friends laptop? Install plex and check with your current mobile phone and Account if you can connect to that new server instance

I’cant login on this Device on the App while the app hanging after the Plex animation before the login screen is loading/showing.
