Plex app error on startup

Launching the Plex app on Shield Tube gives message at centre bottom “An Error Has Occurred, please try again later”.

So far tried:

  1. Cleared cache/data
  2. Reinstalled App
  3. Restarted Device

Server Version#: 1.32.6.7371 (Linux)
Player Version#: 9.29.1.3463
Shield Model#: P3430
Shield Android TV 11 (9.1.1)
