Plex App on Shield TV Pro not opening after multiple tries (stuck on Home Screen)

Title sums it upI Related to Shield TV App version 9.3.0.32977

Running both Plex Server and Plex App on a 2019 SHIELD TV Pro. No issues with the Server but the Plex app crashes and returns to home screen after the Plex splash screen initially appears. Then after approximately 4-6 clicks with the remote Plex App opens and remains stable.

Bottom line, Plex app is not opening on initial launch.

Any advice or suggestions would be much appreciated.
