Plex App for Android TV is not loading libraries

Server Version#:1.16.0.1226
Player Version#:7.17.2.11805

So I downgraded QNAP to version “4.3.6.0979” as per your recommendations and to solve the issue of compatibility since 4.4 is not yet supported.

Plex Media Server updated to version “1.16.0.1226”.

And now I am facing another issue with Plex for Android TV “BRAVIA 4K GB” version “7.17.2.11085” library is not loaded when I open Plex, though the server name and user appear on the home screen.

I tried uninstall and install Plex on the TV and sign again, library will load and when I exit the app and reload it again library disappear again !, is this normal ?

As a workaround seems to be working now !, but it’s shouldn’t be the case

I agree, workaround is not a solution. Hope it will be fixed soon.:pensive:

Same problem. Will not load libraries, though I can search for media and it will find and play it. I can clear the cache and force stop the app, but it still will not load libraries on startup.

Server: 1.16.2.1321
Client: 7.18.1.11300
on Bravia 4K Sony 65"

Tried to disable “Automatic log in” ?

As a workaround it will work till the problem got solved
