Plex APP for Blackberry! Specifically PlayBook!

I am ashamed at how many developers have dropped support for such a solid mobile OS as the BlackBerry and it almost seems to me as it is a conspiracy or something.  I cannot get Netflix, Hulu, and the only way I even get Plex thank God! is by typing in my local server address to my iMac and running it from my Blackberry Playbook browser.

Is it really that hard to port your app to the BlackBerry platform?  Please guys I love Plex and I use it daily, I would love to see you guys do the right thing and port this over to the Blackberry.  The BB shouldn't be allowed to die just because of pressure from Google and Apple to secure the market.  It's fraking pathetic.

Also why is Netflix not a channel or huluplus a channel (paid) as an option on Plex anymore, didn't it used to be?

If that would happen I would happily pay my Plex fees along with the hulu and netflix membership fees, and you  would make out in the end.  If you promote this in the Blackberry forums (crockery, etc) I bet you would get thousands of subscribers within the first few months.  These guys are BEGGING for streaming video support for the BB OS.

search - there was a BB playbook app, no one used it.. no one was begging for it... it died a silent death.

no customers = no developer interest.

Sadly this is exactly why Blackberry has gone the way it's gone

As a LONG time Blackberry user and fan, I predicted the demise about 3 or 4 years ago as they weren't moving with the times and other platforms were leaving them so far behind.

I'm afraid Rim (Blackberry) are the real ones to blame here

It was just a case of "too little, too late"

With BlackBerry v10.3.1 (and up), you can install the "Amazon Appstore Apps" on your BlackBerry Z10, Z30, ... and then install Plex directly from the Amazon Apps.

Now I have Plex for Android (from Amazon) on my BlackBerry Z10 and Plex for Android (from Google Play) on My Nexus 7 Tablet.

So there is no need to sideload the APK anymore.
