I have used the Windows 10 app, which I downloaded a few days ago, to stream someone’s uncompressed 4k movies.
I can’t get the Plex app to stay open more than a second. It asked for permission which I did. No luck. Uninstalled and reinstalled. No luck. The task manager shows it popping for a second then going away. I suspect Defender is doing something.
