Plex Media Player Win10 does not open, only appears in taskbar

Hello.
Since two days, when I try to open PMP, I see it appears instantly in the taskbar but nothing else.
If I hover over the taskbar I see a peek of a blank window.
If I right click on it I see three choices: Plex/Pin to Taskbar/Close Window.
If I click on “Plex” it then opens a second instance and so on and so forth,

Rebooted the laptop. Same.
Downloaded the latest version. Same.
Uninstalled the PMP, erased the folder, rebooted the laptop, reinstalled the latest version. Same.
Should I start dancing in circles naked around the laptop with a tinfoil hat?

I’m out of options, thanks.

Plex HTPC works but it’s useless because I can’t edit anything, Plex web via my browser works so that’s what I’m using for now, but Plex Windows app? Nope, it’s dead Jim.
