Plex app freezing and crashing FireTV HD stick

I’m running Plex on a FireStick HD first generation (Running Fire OS 7.7.0.8). For some time, every time I open an image or photo, the App crashes. Sometimes it crashes the whole stick, other times the app freezes but the stick manages to restart on its own. Other apps work fine, and my videos work fine as well. Its just the photos part that keeps crashing.

I’ve already tried to rollback to an early version, but no success. I’ve also tried cleaning up the app cache, but no success either.

Can a Mod close or delete this post? I had the freezing problem happen outside of the plex app for the first time, so now I’m thinking its a problem with the Fire TV stick itself, not the Plex app.

Up ‘till today it only had ever happened as described on the post though.
