Player keeps crashing and going back to the home screen on a Firestick (OS# 5.2.7.7) I currently use about 15 different devices to play a handful (70 videos less then 30 seconds most of them) of small videos using the plex server but recently the app keeps crashing (5 to 10 times daily at each location) I am not sure if one of the videos or optimized versions are causing this crash but I cannot find where to get log files on the Firestick to even dig deeper. Can you assist?
If this is something commercial, you might want to contact Plex directly.

I have the same problem with my FireTv stick, player crashes about 10 times daily. Returns to main menu and re-entry is required. This has been happening for about 7 days

I don’t have an Android device handy myself, and I’m probably useless with logs …
… but if you can reproduce an issue, posting the device & server logs is a good way to get attention here.
