Thank you so much! This fixed the stuttering problem for me 
For some time now Plex on my LGTV has had stuttering every single second(most noticeable on camera panning), regardless of fast-forwarding, rewind, resume or playback from start.beginning.
I basically had to rollback my Plex server all the way back to version 1.16.5.1554, installed on August 26th.
So it seems my LGTV cannot handle any 1.18.x.xxxx versions so far without microstutters every second.
