sa2000, Yes I know but the discussion in the windows forum was the closest, if not the exact, discription to the issue i’m experiencing on my mac. I have just opened the issue or perhaps reopened it in themac forums but im trying to make sure that whoever fixes these glitches has all the info. it is not just a windows issue, it appears to be a Plex one.

I know you are the forum god here as I see you everywhere and you have helped me in the past.
I am experiencing this issue as of recently.
My Plex server has been running since before this thread was created.
Never encountered it until recently.
Both PMS for Windows and the Android app itself have had some updates and no resolution for me.
At some point it thinks the server is offline. If I log out and back in, all is well.
This does not happen to my other Android phone.
And the only place where it shows OFFLINE is on the Home tab.
If I go to SHOWS or MOVIES, all of the expected content from that same server shows up AND can be played with no issues.
but the HOME tab has each row labelled as OFFLINE but it works in the other tabs?
Not sure what caused this or how to fix it?
Any insight?
