PLEX Crashing Windows 10 Pro 64 erratically on multiple players

Server Version#: Version 1.20.2.3402 (Was worse on newer versions)
Player Version#: Multiple players. Web, Apple and Firestick

Just happened on Web player Version 4.46.2… Sometimes happens out of nowhere, but many times happens when you pause, fast forward, rewind, or try to start a media file. My Server disappears for a while. Sometimes comes back on own, but other times I reboot. Does not always allow me to play on one of the apps. Very frustrating. Been happening on my new Windows 10 Pro computer. First month went well, but has had many issues since. I have uninstalled, etc. to no avail.

hoping someone can help figure out what is wrong

I see you have PMS installed on E:. What type of drive is that?

Also, I don’t see crashed in your log, but I do see where remote access fails.

One common issue is not using a static IP for your computer and then the router assigns a new IP which will break remote access.

Good day, my E drive is an M2, 1TB drive.
Ethernet adapter Ethernet 2:

Connection-specific DNS Suffix . : lan
IPv4 Address. . . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.0.225
Subnet Mask . . . . . . . . . . . : 255.255.255.0
Default Gateway . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.0.1

My IP address is assigned through DHCP reservation in Google WiFi app (I use Google Nest WiFi)

Did the drop in Remote Access happen at the time I said the show lost connections? This issue happens within my network at home not just outside the house. Sometimes loses connection while I am in browser in server settings.

@nickewi - it is not very clear from the logs and it may not be a Plex Media Server issue. Could even be a network / router issue. Will keep an open mind

I will go through the specifics

I can only 08:30 am CST time in the logs - no 8:30pm. Logs cover
Nov 18, 2020 00:36:27 to Nov 18, 2020 10:59:04 and then
Nov 18, 2020 11:00:19 to Nov 18, 2020 11:09:51 when the logs were captured

I can see Plex Tuner Service process exiting with exit code DBG_TERMINATE_PROCESS (x 40010004) at Nov 18, 2020 10:59:04 but that was probably from you shutting down rather than indicative of an error.

There is evidence of memory allocation failure but that was many hours before and would not expect it to be relevant

Nov 18, 2020 02:10:07.947 [7800] ERROR - Butler: Uncaught exception running subtask ButlerTaskGenerateIntroMarkers: bad allocation

The last activity in the log before you shutdown and restarted at 10:59:04 was

Android Device AFTEAMR311 on local IP 192.168.0.39 sending indication that playback was paused for ‘Misled & Misguided’ - this was at 10:45:32

Device on 192.168.0.255 was direct playing Road House movie - this was Plex Web Google Chrome

Communication from those two devices stopped around 10:45 / 10:46 = but server was still running until restart at 10:59

playback on the server directly in Plex Web via loopback 127.0.0.1 continued

This suggests that there may have been a network issue

and they stopped coming in

I suggest investigating at the router / network end - there is no evidence of any deadlocks in the Plex Media Server process as local requests through 127.0.0.1 were being processed

I have another server which I do not get these issues.

If it is the new computer Which the logs were from, how can I figure it out what the issue is?

The Server on my other computer works. I do not think it is that it would be my Network as both computers are setup the same on the network. Difference is the older system uses Windows Home and the new one (With the problems) is on Windows Pro.

As of 1525 CST - In the last 15 plus minutes the system stopped connecting on the browsers (Says it is unavailable in settings), but would still let me play on the Windows PLEX 1.24.0. I also checked on my iPhone, Apple TV, Fire TV APP and they will not connect to it on there.

Apparently it is not the server it is the interaction with different PLEX/Apps/Programs/web browsers.

What can that mean?

Attaching the logs
