Plex app no longer plays my media server content on android or Chromebook

I can no longer play my media server content on any android devices or Chromebook devices. I can play it from Chromebook through the browser. From the Roku app videos start, but stop after a few minutes and won’t restart. I see lots of complaints about this in the forum, but I haven’t been able to see any fixes or timelines for when it will be fixed. Is it being addressed?

I don’t know if anyone from Plex reads these posts or not…

The update that I got through the Google Play Store at least fixed this issue on Android, I can watch my media library on my phone now. But I still get the same “Unable to determine HEVC profile” message on my chromebooks after installing the update.
