Plex app no longer working- secure connection issue

Server Version#: 1.25.1.5286
Player Version#: 3.13.14

I bought a new Hisense 85" 85A7500WF Smart TV. The Plex app worked perfectly for a few months but now stopped working.

Now it says my server is unreachable. I have tried switching the secure connection to disabled and still does not work. All my other tv’s are still working.

Please assist.
