Plex app not launching on shield using harmony elite

Hi,

I m running plex on a nvidia shield pro and using a harmony elite as a remote.
when i launch the activity “watch shield”; it starts the shield but when i click on plex app; i only got a black screen.
it does not happen if i use the shield remote. antone has an idea ?
