Plex app not working on Samsung Q60 Series (58)

Hi, the Plex app on my Samsung TV has stopped working all of a sudden. It has been working perfectly since I got the tv a year ago but now when I open the app I get a black screen and nothing else. I tried removing the app and reinstalling but when I click on the plex app on the AppStore to download again all I get is a black screen.

Plex works fine on my other devices (fire stick, max, phone, iPad etc) just not on the TV.

Can anyone help?
