Plex can’t seem to play in Samsung Series 6 tvs. I tried it with a series 7. It is working. Whenever I try playing in the series 6 tv it just gets stuck in a black screen.
I tried factory resetting the TV it seems to have the same issue.

That may be your answer. If it isn’t, we are going to need way more info. What app version are you using, what specific model of TV, what is the server version, server logs, and probably the media info of the file you are trying to play also.
