I’m using a Pixel 5 with Android 12 plus any updates and latest version of the Plex available as of today.
1… When I play an album, every so often the app freezes but the music continues to play and eventually I have to kill the app once I receive the Android pop up asking to kill it or wait. I continuously send the logs via the app when this occurs but it’s been happening for a few months and wondered if this problem is being addressed? I’ve tried resetting the app including uninstalling and recently I reformatted my phone so I know it’s on a clean install.
- I like to cast my music to a Google Nest speaker and it usually takes a couple of attempts before the app on my phone can successfully connect/cast. If I change the album or receive a call or even command the speaker to pause then the app loses its status so I have to start afresh and disconnect from the speaker. On average it takes 30 seconds for it to connect but if I compare this against YouTube’s app then I don’t have these issues.
All is on my local network. Is there any feedback anyone can share?
