Plex app on Apple TV movies won't play

I am having a hard time all of a sudden getting movies to play on Plex app. The only way I can finally get a movie to play is to advance it 10 secs, press play, rewind it 10 secs etc and it will finally play the movie. Any suggestions on how to fix? Thanks
