Plex Apple TV won't play some content?

So my parents have access to my Plex server and primarily watch content through their Apple TV’s. Beginning 10/9/21, some of the movies on my server just won’t play (it either gets hung loading, or the best case scenario is that it pauses 4 seconds into the movie). I’ve tested the same titles on the iOS app and through Roku TV’s, both remotely and on the local network, and the issue seems isolated to their Apple TV’s specifically. Has anybody else come across this issue?
