Plex App on FireCube crashes out when trying to play a show via Alexa

I’ve been hoping Plex would fix this issue for a LONG time, however, it still exists. When I try to have Alexa, on the FireCube device, play a show on the Plex app, on said FireCube, the Plex app will crash two times back to the FireCube home screen before playing. Having to do 4 or 5 voice commands to execute a single action is getting really old.

Any chance this will be addressed, I raised this issue about 2 years ago with no resolution.
