Plex app on iOS no longer playing music/music videos

All of a sudden, I am no longer able to play my music and most music videos using the plex app. Plexamp works fine for the music, but I receive a ‘Something went wrong playing your media. Please try again. Conversion failed. The transcoder process crashed.’ when playing these files.
