Plex app on Nebula Mars II keeps crashing

Hi,

My plex app on Nebula Marss II keeps crashing every 10 mins or so… any ideas? On my mobile or Smart TV it is working fine.

That is not a supported device. How did you getting Plex running on that?

Looks like it runs Android 7.1 but doesn’t have Google Play services. But Plex shows up in their ‘app store’.

Well that would plain why you have such an old version of the app. You can try sideloading a recent version and see if that helps.

How do you go about side loading a recent version? I’m having the exact same issue.

Download the latest beta from the release notes, Android (mobile) beta release notes. Get that file to your device however they allow. If they don’t have a way to add files, you’ll need to use ADB to push the file to it.
