I’m having a repeated, annoying issue every time I watch a video via the Plex App on TV. After ~20 mins of watching a video, it stops, tries to buffer for several seconds and then it shows an Error, something like “An error occurred loading items into the play queue”. Then I have to exit the app, restart the TV, restart my computer, and it works again. Until the next 20min mark.
Server is running on MacBook Pro 2017, 2.3 GHz dual-core Intel Core i5, Intel Iris Plus Graphics 640, 8GB LPDDR3 RAM. The hard drive has enough free space.
Plex App (where the issue occurs) is running on a 65” 2021+ Samsung Q60A (model QE65Q60AA), running Tizen 2220 software.

Always watching with subtitles (either SRT files or downloaded via web by the app).
The internet connection is fast, 5Ghz.
Several additional settings I changed on the Plex Server but didn’t help to solve the issue: tried Force Direct play on and off, Set “hurt my CPU” in transcoding settings, secure connection is set to preferred, DLNA server is enabled, autoplay next episode is disabled.
Searched the forum and found similar issues, though no solution. Any ideas, guys?
Isn’t the Plex Team willing to fix this bug that has been going on for several years?
Also, is there an email or chat support with the technical team? Or do they reply to these threads?
