Plex App on Sony TV not loading

Ever since I install plex app on my SONY KD-85X9500G TV, it always take from 5 mins to 30 mins to load the home screen, often involving shutting down the app several times, restart my Synology NAS, but still the cause remains uncertain.

I have been trying to fix this for couple of weeks, reinstall, upgrading to latest version (both server & client), even tried using proxy which made no difference.

Anyone experiencing the same situation, please share how did you fix it.
