Plex app on Xbox One no longer able to connect to server, same on Web

2 days ago connection to server on Wester Digital MyCloud home which is Ethernet cable connected to router, same as Xbox one. All Apps are up to date on Xbox and laptop Win10. Only works on Win10 App, but want it back on big screen

Have you tried a full uninstall (log out and uninstall) of the plex app on Xbox one and then re-install?
