Plex app randomly crashing on Chromecast with Google TV

Hi,
I’ve got a DS918+ running Plex Media Server and I’m using Chromecast with Google TV connected to my Samsung TV.
Recently I’ve started getting random crashes when using Plex app that restarts my Chromecast. Could someone help me debug what is the problem and help me solve this issue as it gets frustrating.
I’ve attached logs, last crash happened just before Jul 25, 2021 17:00.

Thanks for your reply. I understand that media was not organised properly, but server was set up like that for over a year now - before this guide was posted - and I have never had any issues with Plex crashing until now so I don’t think that my folder structure was an issue at all. But just to let you know, I’ve reorganised my media folders according to your advise.

Is there anything that you san see in those logs that could be causing the issue?

Both, Media Server as well as Chromecast app are running the latest versions available.

Oh, that’s a bit frustrating.
