The plex app should have a setting to not allow access to remote content while on a restricted wifi network (android) and/or 3g network for data usage concerns.
Scenario: My sons tablet uses plex, he has various ways to use internet, portable 3g wifi hotspot (set as restricted wifi network in android). Due to data costs, its not suitable to allow access to our library at home when using the portable wifi, so the app should fall back to showing only synced content.
If the tablet had 3g, I would also like this same limitation to apply.
Basically if plex on android honoured the restricted networks for sync AND watching - that would be great.
