I downloaded the latest version of the appleTV plex app and it has a few UI issues already.

For TV shows, selecting and picking an episode description is not possible on the furthest right (final episode) because it appears as if the tile is too “far away” from the description to press up. So you can’t read a longer episode description.

When picking into an episode description, pressing back does not exit from the enlarged description, it backs you out of the show entirely keeping the expanded episode description in the foreground. Only after you have exited the show does the back button exit the episode description.

This should have been fixed in recent update 2026.20 . Can you confirm version number you have. Plex for Mobile & TVs (Android Mobile, iOS, Android TV, tvOS, Fire TV) - #61 by PlexReleaser

[tvOS] Moving up from the action buttons or from the far right of the episodes row could land on the wrong episode or skip the summary, and the episodes row could open on a different episode than the one you were up to.

I’ll make report for other one if there is not one already.

Thanks for the advice - you’re right it was just a version issue on my device. This resolved my problem.
