I have two Plex servers running one server is running in a dedicated server the other one is a Plex cloud, both of them are perfectly accessible from the web interface, but non of them are accessible from the apps (Android, IOS),
I noticed this today
other users (and server owners) have started to report similar issues in the last 24 hours
I just checked, and I can access it from my Samsung plex app too, so this only seems to affect the Android and IOS apps as far as I know (server and Plex cloud server).
Same here. I got trigger happy and deleted my entire server then relinked it before I decided to check the xbox. I thought it was weird that i could access it from Safari but not through the app. I hope they fix it soon.
I’m not aware of an issue affecting regular PMS servers, but we just fixed an issue for Plex Cloud. Let em know if your Cloud shows up now. If your regular server still doesn’t show you’ll need to provide more info.
