I cannot access my library from the app on any mobile device but my pc has the server running but I can access via the web app on chrome thru my pc but not my mobile device i can include debug logs if necessary
I did get this fixed I had to Uninstaller and reinstall the plex server from my pc. I assume that because I recently replaced my router the ip address was different and caused an issue.

Both iPad’s saying the server is offline but it’s definitely online as I can access it ok from my fire tv and nvidia shield and any other Mac or pc!

I have the same issue! None of the smartphone (Iphone/android) are working. Library appear to be offline for theses devices. Work great on PC and TV. Plexamp app is working on smartphone devices. Can it be an issue with the lasts updates? I tried several workaround since the 1st october 2021 without success…
I’m getting this issue, as well. I was able to use it even last week.
I can access via the computer running the server, but I can’t access it anywhere else.
I cannot access the server via the android app or my NUC running plex.
I tried downgrading my server to several different versions, but it didn’t do anything. I also restarted my network several times, and even tried manually connecting. I’m just curious as to what the actual issue is.
Having the same issue as well, I think its from the upgrade to iOS 15 for the mobile devices as I didn’t have any issues till then. I can access Plex from my Samsung TV app, Computers, and other devices just not from iOS devices with software 15.0. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling while getting the same results. Hopefully this bug is looked into and fixed quickly as I miss Plex on my iPad!
Same issue here. No Android device can connect to server. PC and Roku devices are fine. This is from inside my own house/network. Nothing has changed server/network-wise. I updated my phone to the latest Android beta, but all my other devices on older versions also aren’t currently working. Not sure when exactly this started, but probably within the last day or two. Straight up nothing I’m doing to get my phone or tablets to work is working. Something is definitely up here.
With the new Plex app update (7.24.1) I can now access to my content outside my network. But it still impossible to connect on the same network. Plexamp app is working only in my network and not remotely. I know it’s all linked to the new Plex Media Server 1.24.4.5081. I think they are woking on that big problem that cause many issue with all the different access. I thing a plex employee should make a statement like they did for the smart tv issue.
