Plex Arcade missing

How in the world do I start using this feature? I have the Plex arcade sub, I have a parsec account (unclear on how to link it)… The server is running on an M1 Mac mini. I am not seeing the Arcade anywhere… What am I missing?

Although, not sure an M1 will work. Parsec has some hardware requirements and a few users have reported it not working with the M1.
