I’ve tried to purchase Plex Arcade, but it just spins on the checkout page with the phrase “Loading checkout…”

No; I get farther with the process, but the same issue happens once I log in.
I have my main Plex Pass subscription through the iOS App Store; could that have anything to do with it?
I dont think so but possibly. Can you check if there are any javascript errors in browser
Yep, there’s a few - notably “TypeError: this.checkout.billingInfo.zipCode is null”, which appears a few times. I sent you a PM with the full console output.
(I should note that this was through Firefox, but I’ve tested this with multiple browsers and had similar results. I can send the console results from another browser too, if it will help.)

I have this same issue. Loading checkout spins forever.
Same issue, on both Chrome and Firefox. Already signed into plex, go to the Arcade checkout (including the url with the hash at the end) and both just sit there saying “Loading checkout”.
Site devs think they found and fixed the issue causing this for some folks.

Hey guys, I’m seeing this issue still - tried incognito, just sticks on “Loading checkout…”
Errors just seem to be related to the Theme:
