So I’m having difficulty even getting past the login screen for Plex Arcade.
The URL Checkout | Plex just gets stuck at “Checking your current account status…”
I’ve already cleared browser cache and cookies and tried an incognito chrome window. I’m on a Windows machine and also tried my iMac and my iPhone but experiencing the same issue on all 3 devices. I even disconnected from WiFi on my phone just incase there was an issue with my IP address.

Are you trying to pay with PayPal? I had 1 user report this and changing to a credit card fixed it.
My Plex Pass is paid annually by a credit card, but I haven’t even gotten to a payment screen yet, this is the first screen that appears when I access the link.
I just checked and you are using a PayPal account. Seems like there is a bug. You can either wait, or go to your current Plex Pass subscription page and update your billing to a credit card.
My mistake, I changed my billing to a card and it worked. Thank you!
