I havn't used Plex yet, but I am wondering can I use this as a picture server for my friends and family?
Will every user be allowed to upload a picture so that every other user can see?
The Camera Upload feature is currently gated on the app side, which means that the app needs to be signed in using an account with a Plex Pass subscription to be able to use Camera Upload.
The free access to the Android and Roku apps are for the user with the Plex Pass subscription and are not intended to be used by other users with which a Plex Media Server might be shared (which could be any number of users).
