Seems like the Plex Authentication servers are either running real slow or are down all together. I’ve been logging in and out working on things, and it’s taking forever. I’ve added a few new users, and they can’t “accept” the invitation, says the Plex Server is unavailable.
The Plex STATUS page seems to say things are ok. Am I the only one?
I am having similar issues. None of my shared users can access anything, and I tried logging out of my server and back in but now I cannot claim the server with my plex account.
Yeah, the web app and Android app are having big issues right now for me. My library shows, but I can’t look at Tidal, and it shows no results in search.
Can totally confirm this. Authentication and the Web UI is borked. https://status.plex.tv shows issues with the availability of plex.tv - Application as well.
Save here on East Coast. Can’t get in directly via my network or any other way to either of my servers. Get the generic Unavailable, check your internet connections and firewall. This has been happening a lot lately
Podcasts are also completely inaccessible currently. How does one even report an issue? Their status page is showing no incidents, but that’s clearly not the case.
By now I think we will never have a solution to this problem. When their servers go down and our credentials expire we have no local access to our material. This is unacceptable. And Plex “solution” is to give up the security at all.
