Plex auto scan not working in updated QNAP

QNAP TS453D Firmware QTS 5.2.3.3006
Plex Media server: V1.41.3
Before QNAP update everything was working correctly.
After firmware update, Plex is not auto scanning the library. It works only manually.
Any help?

can you please do the following?

  1. Make sure server DEBUG logging is abled (save if you make changes)
  2. Restart PMS
  3. Wait 3 minutes
  4. Download the server logs
  5. Attach the ZIP file

Hi, I have managed to Debug logging. I attach the server logs after debugging. Plex is not scanning automatically the files in my library.

Are you certain this option is enabled ?

Please look at your settings,

UNCHECK the boxes – then SAVE

Now CHECK the boxes – and SAVE again.

Let’s see if that fixes it.

Hi, thanks. Yes I am certain that the boxes are checked. I followed your instructions and tried again to see if scan starts automatically. Unfortunately it does not, but manually it works.
