I have bought plex, the one time service on my google account. I am using an android tablet where my google account is not connected but im using my plex account on the app, account that is linked to my google account. But the app dont recognize my one time bought. If I send an email, to prouve that I bought the app on my personal account, I will lose my access on my maint account ? Or both will have access ? Cause I dont want to connect my account to this other device.

App purchases from app stores are tied to the app store account not your Plex account.
We cannot transfer purchases from one Google account to another. I’m 99% sure Google will not even do this. The device would need the purchasing account to be signed into the device ( device can have multiple Google accounts assigned to it) and downloaded from Google Play when the purchasing account is active in Google Play. The purchasing account needs to remain on device as app will make periodic checks with the app store
