Plex buffering on my pc but not on my phone

Hello everyone,

i have the problem that on my pc both the plex desktop app and browser player buffer bit on my phone i have no problems.

I stream from a friends plex server. He has 1 gigabit upload and my internet has 100 Mbps download and the pc use a ethernet connection. Both my pc and phone use the same network.

Help would be appreciated
