After new installation the server

Server Version: 1.32.7.7621-871adbd44 amd64
Player Version : web

Hello everyone,
i have a plex pass subscription and my internal plex server no longer starts. I have completely reinstalled this. But now I can no longer access my local server. What do I have to consider if I want to set up the server from scratch?

I see this error on the website

plex.intern.example.com is currently not available
Make sure you have a working network connection and that the server is online. See for further help.

The Server is online

root@dsme01:~# netstat -tulpen | grep 32400
tcp6       0      0 :::32400                :::*                    LISTEN      995        138545661  3070030/Plex Media

What can I do?
Greetings from Stefan Harbich

Are you trying to finish the installation through a custom server access URL?
I don’t think that’s going to work – can you access the server locally using its local IP address from within the same subnet (or if you access it remotely, e.g. using a SSH tunnel)?

The solution:
A tunnel ala [B]ssh admin@NAS-IP -L 9000:127.0.0.1:32400 from the PC to the NAS.
Then I was able to access the Plex Web Client from the PC via localhost:9000/web or 127.0.0.1:9000/web in the browser as if the browser were running locally on the NAS and start the installation of the new Plexmedia server.
