Plex can't find HDHomerun

plexmediaserver_1.9.7.4460-a39b25852_i386
Ubuntu 17.10
HDHomeRun T1 Model: HDHR-T1-US

If I try to auto discover, it’s just spin forever. If I put in the ip address I get “There was a problem adding the device:”.

Have you installed the HDHR Linux stuff and can you see the HDHR this way?

Is your HDHR on same network as your Linux box?

Can you post a copy of Plex Meda Server.log as well?

I’m having the same issue.
Model: HDHR4-2DT
Firmware: 20170930
Debian Jessie 8.9
Plex 1.9.7.4460-a39b25852 x86_64

Logs are attached.

@xitation can you disable verbose logging and post new logs and post this under a new thread so we can address your issue separately. Also based on initial logs if you are running this as a docker you might need to adjust your networking settings for this to work.

You might just be using the 172.16.69 subnet for your home but most people fall on 192.168 or 10. either way we can address in your own thread.
