Looks like the media player finds the HDHR, but can’t add it for some reason.

Did you try to completely delete and reinstall the DVR?
Yes. This is actually after I have deleted the DVR and am attempting to re-add.
Do the channels play using the SiliconDust app separately?
Yes, everything but plex.
The only other thing I could suggest is to try a new Ethernet switch and, or cable.
Thanks for the suggestions. I installed plex on a windows pc, switched the cord to it (behind same router, same cord), Plex on Windows finds the hdhomerun, the linux box struggles with it.
Just going to live with two servers for now…
I’m having same problem, may have started after a plex update, currently running Version 4.47.3
HD Homerun app itself works fine even when run from the same windows server that plex media server runs on. Plex says “192.168.1.100:80 Device not found. Ensure your device is powered on and connected to your network.”
If I try to “add new” it just spins and spins not finding it. If I manually specify the IP address of the HDHomeRun it says “There was a problem adding the device: 192.168.1.100” (tried with and without a port). Not sure what else I can try? An older thread where this problem was described said reverting to a previous version of Plex fixed the issue. I have not tried this and don’t have the prevision version installer either (nor am I sure that would be a good idea).
I tried powering the HDHomerun off/on, and rebooting the windows 10 server. Did not help.
If I enter “http://192.168.1.100/” in a web browser, I do see the below HDHomeRun info come up so I know its still at that IP address.

UPDATE, after deleting the DVR, THEN EXITING PLEX, then going back into Plex, I was able to add a new DVR and it instantly found the HDHomeRun! So try that if you are having a problem like this.
