Plex changes movie info

Hey guys,

A while ago I made a raspberry NAS with plex on it to make it possible for my lg TV to reach te server.

The thing is, a while ago I threw a load of serie episodes on the nas but if I try to find them back a few episodes are fully renamed…

Per example, One piece episode 221 is fully normal, episode 222 is changed to the movie 2:22… Including movie tile, actors, info etc… But if I start the file… It is just my one piece episode…

This ain’t something to complain about if it was just that… But now and then the name changes into something totally different… And the worst part is that some episodes are hustled through the maps… Like there is a map episode 200-220… And episode 243… Renamed into another movie stands withing these files…

Any suggestions?

Plex uses TheTVDB for tv show metadata.
The largest season of One Piece on TheTVDB has 118 episodes.
Which means that there are no data on TheTVDB for episode numbers like the above https://www.thetvdb.com/series/one-piece

So these episode names could be either caused by Plex mismatching your tv show as a whole,
or by embedded metatags within your video files.

Another way to tackle this would be to switch this show to use the “Absolute order”. But the number of episodes might bring Plex to its knees… https://www.thetvdb.com/series/one-piece/seasons/absolute/1

Is there anyway to turn this off… Or increase the numbers of episodes within the database?

Turn off what?
