Plex changes the Date Added, when additional versions of the content is found

I had to reinstall my server, and I copied my old Plex Settings over.

  1. I started the Plex server, and I can see all of my old content, and the date added is all correct
  2. I add the new directory to the library (and keep the old folders in there)
  3. when it scans the new folders, it changes the ‘date added’ to today. However the last watched date is still correct (from my old settings, like how I want it)

Any idea how you can make it NOT change the “Date Added” when you just add an additional file to the title?
