do you know why my Plex is changing its clock time while I am using VPN? Its obvious that it takes the time from the IP but is there any way to change this and to always use my local time ?

That sounds more like an OS problem. Windows will usually set the machine’s time using a network server and the configured timezone. So it appears your VPN is messing with at least one of those components (e.g. re-routing time-requests to a bad server or submitting a different timezone, maybe based on what VPN node you’re using instead of your own location).
Is there any solution?
I forgot to mention that I am using the VPN globally trough my router and the issue is present on Plex app on Tizen ( Samsung TV )
It’ll probably be worth to review the VPN’s configuration as well as that of your Windows machine (in particular the ones related to location and timezones).
