I purchased access to a plex server a few months ago which has been working great. However, since last week I have been unable to see any channels on my now tv box and can only see recommendations, queue and the VOD library (which still works). I am really confused as to what has happened because it has been working fine for so long.
Any Ideas?

FYI if you purchased access to a Plex Server, that is likely illegal where ever you are, and that user who sold you access is violating our terms of service. Their server may be shut down for violating our terms of service. https://www.plex.tv/about/privacy-legal/plex-terms-of-service/
As far as the free user created channels. if you are using a Now TV box running our very old no longer supported Roku software it may not work with the current Plex Media Server. In any case please post details and server logs in the appropriate server section of forum with details of what you have your Plex media Server isntalled on and what channels are not showing up
