Recently I have a lot of trouble playing all sorts of files. I start a video, it goes to a black screen with a quick popup stating ‘Optimizing for Ultra HD Playback’, and a few seconds after the message goes away, the screen flashes, and it goes back to the Plex menu. Almost all my files are 1080p, ranging in size from 500MB to 50GB, but this can happen on any size file. I have a 4K DV/Atmos setup, NAS and Plex server are each standalone with plenty of hardware and 10G connection, then a 1G wired connection to the Fire TV Cube. I have tried restarting the Cube, re-doing the app, I even re-did the Plex server (switched from docker to direct onto the OS), but no fix as of yet. Files that used to play fine exhibit this behavior. I got the logs from the client, and the only errors I can see are the ones below. I even allowed transcoding on the server, but no change. Everything is set to maximum. I have no problem replacing the Cube, but would like to be sure before I take that step. Only change made in the below error is removing the IP.
