plex client on a media player

Hi,

I want to store all my movies & series on a pc with the plex server. Next to the tv i want to put a media player ( i have to cause i have a budget smart tv ) which will have plex client, netflix, spotify and maybe more.

I just want something simple to use, but still be able to insert a usb
stick with movies into the media player to play them on the tv.

My question is among the MANY MANY available mediaplayer options which one should i go for.
Cause frankly i don’t see the light at the end of the tunnel anymore.

Amazon FireTV works very well for me :slight_smile:
There is Amazon Prime Video, Netflix, Plex and much more in one device.

I would say SHIELD TV.

Is fast, has a Amazon Prime Video app, Plex app, Kodi, SPMC, YouTube, gamestreaming, can play stuff off USB via VLC
