Plex Client reports server is unreachable for some users, but not all

Server Version#: 1.14.1.5488
Player Version#: Web Client: Version 3.100.1, AppleTV

I have two Lifetime plex passes and one user account can access the server while the other (the owner of the server) can not. I also share with a friend who also receives the “unreachable error” too. I have attached my logs. Please let me know what other information I can provide.

There was a database issue. It has been corrected now.
Restart your server,
wait a few minutes
then restart your clients as well

Thanks it is working. This has been happening for few months so I hope they can find a fix for the database issue. The strange thing is it seems to always affects the same user accounts.
