Plex Cloud for old plex sign subscribers

No matter how many times you ask or how many times you think the answers are not from support answers by a Ninja or a Team member or an Employee are official and will not change just because you think they should.

ETA is BETA? If it’s no BETA why it works with according to the announcement with many problems and because of problems they stop to subscribe new members?

A Plex ninja is an advanced user with special knowledge and access to the Plex developer teams. They are the support model Plex has chosen they are “support.”
There are also team members and employees that have answered your questions and they, too, are “support.”

One more time: Plex never ever pre-announces anything and never ever gives an ETA for anything. The most you will get is a vague statement about X quarter of a given year and those statements are not a hard promise of any sort.

I am a Ninja, a member of the mod team, and a member of the volunteer support. You have been answered directly by a Plex Employee, you have been given quotes from other Plex Employees, and also answered directly by me.

I will say it one more time:
There is no ETA for when Plex Cloud will be back, the beta was closed due to technical issues. When it comes back it will likely still be in beta, the issues that were seen by people already using it were making it not a workable solution at the time, hence the closure.

But if they launch “Plex Cloud” in the future for new “Plex Pass” members it will be free or they will start to bring more money for only “Plex Cloud”?

I am ready to wait, but I am not ready to pay for “Plex Cloud” extra money for example every month if I allready bought lifetime Plex Pass.
For me it’s no way to return money, because I bring lifetime Plex Pass with 37% discount and if they return money I will not to buy “Plex Pass” with “Plex Cloud” in the future with same discount, because it was special offer with limited time.

According to adamskoog, after developers will be going to return “Plex Cloud” for all users it will be new BETA.

But finally, some answers are clear, but there is no solution and I can’t close it!

I’m not sure if you are purposely misinterpreting my words or not. I never said “will be”, I said “likely be”. Those can be construed very differently.
No one knows at this point how it will come back, it may be that Plex themselves haven’t determined that at this point and time.

Plex Cloud is not a Beta product. It started out as Beta, then we opened it up to all Plex Pass members. Due to technical issues we were having and many reports of issues using Plex Cloud, we closed it to any user that was not already running Plex Cloud.

We are not making any exceptions (not even for 1 user) to allow access to Plex Cloud if did not have an active Plex Cloud at the time of the change.

We do not have any information on if/when this may change. As mentioned in our FAQ, we are evaluating the future of Plex Cloud. When a decision has been made, we will let you know.

Edit - For current Plex Cloud users, we have not abandoned you. We are still maintaining Plex Cloud and fixing issues. Continue to report issues if you see them.

Very strange, that developers don’t know anything about his service: no time plan, no software project, no deviding tasks to every developers. And support afraid to ask questions

MovieFan, I am not new plex user, I subscribed to Plex about 2 years before in that time then you run Plex Cloud.
If you give me exceptions to open “Plex Cloud” I wil start to report issues for “Plex Cloud” also, I promise. Be kind!

MovieFan.Plex", diring 2 days of my “Plex Pass” I allready found and described about 5 issues (with Chromecast and FindLirics, many problems there) and told about it to different branches of this forums and described several Chromecast issues and new interface features(for comfortable use) to “Dom C” plex employment. He understand and promise to push it to developers.
But nobody knows about when will be fix from developers!

So, I if you help me with opening “Plex Cloud” I will also help you.

But you can ask somebody to open it for me, if you support team you can do everything! Why all of you only can play mail to mail or play football game about any problems of plex members, time to make solution is less then you spend to write me exceptions, it is stupied rules. Support have to make exceptions on any case!! Be kind!!

Main low of business : customers are always right! So if it would be no solution I will complain!!

You are very smart!
This is public ofer! You can discontinue service for all clients, before it you have to send notification to everybody before about 10 days of close ( See Russian laws), but not devided it to strange groups.

Where was no even mail about closing !!
